At Living Edge Furniture, we take pride in crafting durable, functional, and stylish furniture designed to enhance your workspace. However, if your purchase isn’t quite what you expected, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered!

We provide a simple, hassle-free warranty and service policy to ensure your satisfaction and long-term comfort.


Warranty Overview

  • Chairs:
    Covered by a 2-year replacement guarantee on wheels, hydraulic system, and tilting mechanism.
  • All Other Office Furniture & Décor Items:
    Covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

All warranty periods begin from the date of delivery.


Replacement Warranty (Within 2 Years for Chairs)

If your chair experiences any issue within the warranty period, our service team will assess the product to determine the necessary action:

  • Minor Issues / Service Needs:
    We’ll provide free servicing or adjustments to resolve performance issues.
  • Parts Damage:
    If a part (e.g., wheel, hydraulic system, or tilt mechanism) is found defective, it will be replaced at no additional cost.
  • Major Defects:
    If the chair is beyond repair or has major defects affecting multiple components, it will be replaced with a new one.

Pickup or delivery charges apply during the replacement period.


2-Year Warranty on Furniture & Décor

This warranty covers manufacturing or structural defects in materials and workmanship.
If any issues arise:

  • Servicing or Repairs:
    We will repair the affected parts free of charge within the warranty period.
  • Replacement of Parts:
    If replacement is required, costs (if applicable) will be communicated in advance.
  • Transportation:
    After the warranty period or for non-covered issues, transportation charges may apply at actual cost.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, rough handling, or improper installation
  • Fading, stains, or discoloration due to sunlight or liquids
  • Wear and tear from regular use
  • Natural wood grain variations or fabric pilling
  • Overloading furniture beyond weight capacity
  • Products installed or altered by unauthorized technicians
  • Third-party items (e.g., monitors, electronics)

Warranty is void if:

  • Product is used outside normal office/home environment
  • Invoice or proof of purchase is missing
  • Product is physically damaged or exposed to moisture/extreme temperature

Service & Transportation

  • Inside Dhaka:
    BDT 500 transportation charge applies for pickup and redelivery after servicing.
    Alternatively, customers may bring the product directly to our office and collect it after service — no transport charge applies.
  • Outside Dhaka:
    Please inspect your product at delivery. Report any damages to the courier immediately and inform us the same day.
